White Sands Motorcourt is located on the Cape Road off Route 6, half-way between Cavendish and North Rustico, a three minute drive from either point.

White Sands grounds are spacious and ideal for children who are entertained by the swings, tilts, and sandbox provided. Visitors young and "young at heart" enjoy a dip in the heated 20's x 40's fenced swimming pool. Each cottage is equipped with a comfortable deck, propane barbeque, and its own picnic table.

You will be located away from the busier traffic areas. Our guests appreciate this, together with the knowledge that they are close to all activities in the area. It is a five minute drive to a satisfying range of diversions such as horseback riding, tennis, golfing, Green Gables Home, and the new Shining Waters Family Fun Park in Cavendish. Deep sea fishing can be arranged at North Rustico. Grocery shopping, churches, and restaurants are a few minutes away. Lobster suppers in the area provide a meal you will long remember with delight.

There is a small convenience store on the property as well as a Laundromat for your convenience.

Leashed pets are permitted. Pets must not be left unattended at any time. There is a charge of $ 8.00 per night per dog, small dogs only.

We also offer wireless internet service free of charge.

Rates based on 4 people per unit. From now until May 2nd we accept no less than four nights reservation. A $ 150.00 deposit is required for all bookings.

$10.00 extra/person/day for more than 4 people. (On and Off season) A dog charge of $ 10.00 per dog per day applies. (Small dogs only)

Each reservation has to have a confirmation number. It is the customers responsibility to obtain this number at the time of booking.
Without this number the reservation may not be valid.
SORRY, NO REFUNDS as we only have 2 months of summer season. During which time we have to earn enough to be able to afford to pay wages to
our seven full time employees. It is the only income they have. Therefore last minute cancellations influence our bottom line in an extremely negative way. Further it makes it impossible to find replacement reservation for the spot cancelled. As most of our reservations take place in the winter and spring of the given year.

We have a range of housekeeping cottages available to accommodate couples to families.

5 - One-room (Bachelor Style) Cottage

Equipped with a hot plate, microwave oven, small refrigerator and color television with satellite stations. Includes minimum of dishes and cooking utensils for light housekeeping. Linens supplied. Shower. Heated. One double bed and one day-bed. Unit comfortable for two but will sleep up to four by using the day-bed.

1 - One-bedroom Cottage

Includes one bedroom plus a combination living room-kitchen area, Fully equipped for housekeeping with lines, dishes and cooking utensils provided. Full size refrigerator, electric stove and color television with satellite stations. Shower. Heated. One double bed located in the bedroom and one day-bed in the living room area. Will accommodate up to four using the day-bed.

4 - One-bedroom Motel Units

Includes one bedroom in each unit plus a larger combination living room-kitchen area. Fully equipped for housekeeping with linens, dishes and cooking utensils supplied. Full size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and color television with satellite stations. Shower. Heated One double bed located in the bedroom and day-bed in the living room area. Will accommodate up to four using the day-bed.

6 - Two Bedroom Cottages "Birch"

Includes one bedroom with double bed and one with two singles. Fully equipped for housekeeping with lines, dishes, and cooking utensils provided. Combination living room-kitchen area includes day-bed, full size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and color television with satellite stations. Bath and shower. Heated. Comfortable for four people but will accommodate up to six using day-bed.

3 - Two Bedroom Medium Size Cottages

Includes two bedrooms, each with double bed. Fully equipped with linens, dishes and utensils. Larger combination living room-kitchen area with day-bed. Full size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and color television with satellite stations. Shower. Heated. Comfortable for up to six people using the day-bed.
